Lost pets deserve the fastest path home. That’s why Neighborhood Veterinary Services created a free, easy-to-use Community Microchip Scanning Station right here in Edmond — open to anyone, anytime, whether you’re a client of ours or not.
If you’ve found a wandering dog, a curious cat, or a pet who got spooked during a storm or fireworks, stop by and scan them. If they’re microchipped, we can help identify their family and get them home faster.
How It Works
- Bring the found pet to our Edmond location
- You scan for a registered microchip — free, no appointment needed
- If a chip is found, go to freechipregistry.com and enter the chip # to track down the owner’s contact info
- No chip? Post on local lost-pet groups and contact Edmond Animal Welfare
Why We Do This
We believe every neighbor — client or not — deserves a resource that helps reunite pets with the people who love them. This station is our way of giving back to the Edmond community we’ve served since 2017.
